A good salesman

They say that a good leader is not born, he or she is made. This is as well true for a good salesman. Becoming a good salesman requires not only skills but as well as good training, patience and the willingness to learn. So what are the things that a good salesman must possess? First a salesman must be confident. If you are selling bathroom vanities, the costumer must see that the salesman is very reliable especially on the details that he say about the product or service that he or she offers. The must consumer must see certainty about the things that the salesman says. These things can only be achieved if the salesman is confident enough about the things the he says.

A good salesman must be very client centered. He must see to it that he makes the customer realize that the product or service is really needed, that the product or service would be a very good investment for him or her. In short he must be able to make the costumer see all the good qualities and advantages that the product would give. Finally a good salesman must be very optimistic. A single rejection from a costumer must not discourage him but on the other hand make him even more competitive and challenge him to be able to sell the product.
