This morning, my wife and I consulted an NJ Guardianship Attorney and settled things regarding the guardianship of my nephew who was not well taken cared of by his parents. We believe that we could give him a better life and a more secured future. I also think that my kids would be happier if the court allows us to take care of him.
I grew up in a family that’s full of love, respect and protection and I give the same kind of atmosphere with my own family now. This is the reason why whenever I see a child who is abused or someone who doesn’t know what awaits for him tomorrow, my heart really feels a deep pain like I want to be the one to take care of that person and let him see the more beautiful side of life.
According to the lawyer we consulted, there is a big possibility that we get the custody of this child. In fact, he has no other close relative than us. He knows us and I think we have already showed him how much we care for him. I really hope to see a sweet smile on his face as I become his new dad.
